If there’s a thematic leap in maturity within Guitarricadelafuente’s visual universe — for which Pedro Artola is clearly responsible — for me, this piece marks that shift. The naïveté gives way to something more rebellious and explicit, yet always elegant. This video tells a story of friendship among a group of friends who spend the hot months together — very close. Eating fruit. Enjoying life. And here, there is love of all kinds: from affection to friendship, and even the passion between two boys who kiss, warmed by respect and tolerance.
